Jess trained as an archivist and worked at the Record Office in Leicester from 1990- 2002. She has a particular interest in the history of protest.
Jess' talk is about local women and their struggles for freedom, peace or equal rights. Partners in Protest is the story of some of the men behind Leicester's suffragettes.
Doors will be open from 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start, please use the evening entrance on Granby Street.
