Walk around the Pubs of Loughborough

Walk around the Pubs of Loughborough

Date: Thu, 11th Jul 2024, 18:30 - 20:30

A Pub Crawl with a Difference!!

A trip around Loughborough town centre looking at some of its pub buildings – from the outside!

Join accredited Leicestershire Tour Guide, Lynne, on a walk around Loughborough focussing on some of the town's establishments, both past and present!
Along the way, we'll hear snippets of history, imagine or remember some lost establishments, meet some colourful characters, and perhaps even encounter a ghost!
This circular walk will begin and end in the grounds of the Old Rectory, on Rectory Road – that is, unless we get drawn into any of the local hostelries on the way …

Meet at 6.30pm
Starting point: At the entrance to the Old Rectory Museum Grounds

Cost: Members £2. Non-members £4

Booking is essential for this event please telephone the museum on 01509 233754 or visit in person to book.
